I appreciated the central location. Shops and restaurants were a short walk. The hotel has two swimming pools, one is quieter. The gym has good equipment.

My room was clean. The hotel staff were always friendly and ready to assist. The food had much variety, and I especially loved the themed nights. The pool area remained well-kept, too.
I noticed the evening entertainment started a bit late. It could be earlier.

The reception staff handled requests efficiently and always had a smile! The bartenders knew how to mix a perfect drink and always had much energy. Housekeeping maintained high cleanliness standards !

The hotel's position allowed easy access to nearby shops. I walked to the beach daily, it was only a short distance from the premises! Public transport was readily available near the hotel. I found it very convenient.

my stay included clean rooms, daily room service, and fresh towels! the hotel offers a quiet pool and an entertainment pool. i enjoyed access to a football pitch, tennis courts, and a gym. nighttime entertainment was enjoyable as well
the entertainment for adults in the galeon bar was a bit short. i hoped it could be on longer and have better content. this is a very very slight issue. though!

The entire resort felt very clean. plenty of staff maintained the grounds, rooms, and restaurant, i never encountered a shortage of supplies in rooms or toilets. the apartment for two provided plenty of space. i was also pleased by the friendly and helpful demeanor of the staff. Mohammed and hanna deserve special recognition.
the room looks a little tired. bigger bath towels are needed.
